Principal – Marc Vermut
Marc Vermut currently provides corporate development, strategic analysis and financial planning services to Control Room, a multi-platform producer and distributor of live events, and Live Earth, which produces events such as 7.7.07 – a 7-continent, 24-hour music extravaganza – to engage individuals on environmental issues. Prior to his current assignments, Marc served as CFO of Maverick Films, and has also worked at Twentieth Century Fox and consulted to Participant Productions and MGM Home Entertainment. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Marc advised on M&A and corporate finance transactions with regard to valuation, strategy, and financing and recapitalization implications. Marc holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The Anderson School at UCLA, and is a Certified Public Accountant (New York).
